Beer Cheese Sauce
Cream Cheese 1 Block (250g)
Shredded Cheese 4 Cups
Field and Forge Golden Ale ½ Cup
Dijon Mustard 2 tsp
Garlic 1 clove
Minced Worcestershire 1.5 tsp
Tabasco 2 tsp
1. In food processor combine cream cheese, beer, mustard, garlic, Worcestershire, and tabasco. Mix until smooth.
2. Transfer into a bowl and add 3.5 cups of cheese stirring to combine.
3. Transfer your dip into an oven safe dish, top with reserved cheese and bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
